Elite Hosting aims to provide reliable hosting and responsive support. Refund requests are reviewed according to this Policy, the service purchased, the time since activation, and the condition of the service. A refund is not automatic and may require account and payment verification.

2.1 Game Server Hosting Plans

Eligible new game server hosting plans may qualify for our 24-hour money-back guarantee when the request is made within 24 hours of the initial purchase. The guarantee applies only where it is advertised for the selected plan and does not apply to renewals, upgrades, add-ons, or previous refund requests.

2.2 VPS, Dedicated, and Custom Services

VPS, dedicated servers, custom configurations, setup fees, and other infrastructure services are refundable only when the service was not delivered or an irreparable provider-side hardware failure prevents delivery. These services may have separate terms shown at checkout.

2.3 Promotional Purchases

Services purchased with promotional pricing, coupons, special offers, or discounted credits may be excluded from a money-back guarantee.

2.4 Abuse or Policy Violations

No refund will be issued for an account or service terminated because of a breach of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use requirements, or applicable law.

• Renewal payments made after the billing period has started.
• Domain registrations, transfers, and domain renewal charges.
• Licenses, dedicated IPs, setup fees, and third-party services.
• Payments for consumed usage, backups, storage, or add-ons.
• Gift cards, account credits, and promotional balances.

You may request cancellation through the billing area or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal where successfully processed; it does not automatically reverse a payment already made. Keep backups of your data before cancellation. After the service ends, stored data may be removed according to our retention practices.

Please contact Elite Hosting support before opening a payment dispute. Chargebacks or disputes filed without first giving us a reasonable opportunity to investigate may result in service suspension and account review.

If a chargeback is initiated, we may provide relevant account, transaction, and service records to the payment processor. Any valid refund will be handled through the original payment method where possible.

Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method. We may request verification before processing a refund. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank; Elite Hosting cannot control delays after the refund has been issued.

We may update this Policy when our services, payment methods, or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date. Changes will not remove rights already approved under an earlier version.
